Red Cedar Recycling has been busy with increased interest in recycling; educational activities, and fulfilling EPA grant deliverables.  On March 25, 2008 Wes Davis was an exhibitor for the Wyandotte Tribe Environmental Festival at the Wyandotte Community Center.  On March 28, 2008 they held a used tire recycling event and accepted 364 tires.  Other recent activities include the implementation of an office paper shredding service, speaking engagements at local schools, and tribal staff applying for various grants.
